💘 City of Dayton Family Valentine’s Dance
When: 6-8 p.m. Feb. 7
Location: Lohrey Recreation Center: 2366 Glenarm Ave., Dayton
More info: The city of Dayton will host a family-friendly dance the Friday before Valentine’s Day. There will be snacks, dancing and Valentine’s Day card making. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
💘 Sweetheart Walk in Downtown Miamisburg
When: 11 a.m. Feb 8
Location: 131 S. First St. in downtown Miamisburg
More info: The Miamisburg Merchants Association will bring together local businesses for a special Valentine’s Day-themed event Feb. 8. Participating vendors include Blush, Amy Cakes, Classic Stich and Ohio Red Barn. Guests will be able to collect stickers from these businesses to enter a raffle.
💘 Uptown Improv: The Musical
When: 7 p.m. Feb. 8
Location: Town Hall Theater: 27 N. Main St., Centerville
More info: Uptown Improv will host a special musical comedy show just in time for Valentine’s Day. The event will feature comedians Justin Howard, Trey Stone, Andrea Fantacone and more.
💘 Valentine’s Day Chocolate Social
When: 6-8 p.m. Feb. 14
Location: Have a Gay Day, 1902 Needmore Road, Dayton
More info: Nonprofit organization Have a Gay Day Dayton is set to host a chocolate social for Valentine’s Day. This event will feature games, prizes, candy and more.
💘 Subterranean Valentine’s Day Fan Appreciation Show
When: 9 p.m. Feb. 14
Location: Oregon Express, 336 E. Fifth St., Dayton
More info: Local band Subterranean will host a free concert on Valentine’s Day at the Oregon Express in Dayton. This event will feature a special guest, to be announced in the future.

Location: The Foundry, 124 Madison St., Dayton
More info: The Foundry in Dayton will offer a special menu on Valentine’s Day. For $80 per person, guests will be served a four-course meal and a selection of cocktails. Pizza will also be offered.
💘 Brio Italian Grille Valentine’s Day Dinner For Two

More info: Brio Italian Grille at the Greene will offer a three course meal for couples on Valentine’s Day. Featuring a salad, entrée and dessert, guests can dine in or take this meal to go.
💘 RiverScape MetroPark Ice Rink Sweetheart Skate
When: 4-10 p.m. Feb. 14
Location: RiverScape MetroPark, 237 E. Monument Ave., Dayton
More info: The ice rink at RiverScape MetroPark will host a special “Sweetheart Skate” event on Valentine’s Day. For $20, guests will receive two tickets to the rink, two cups of hot chocolate and a box of chocolates from Winans. Classic love songs will be played during the night.
💘 Queer Romance Mixer: Valentine’s Edition
When: 8 p.m. Feb. 14
Location: The Barrel House: 417 E. Third St., Dayton
More info: The Barrel House in Dayton will team up with LGBTQ+ art and event company Heartsiq for a Valentine’s Day mixer. Featuring games, a dj and more, this event is open to couples and those looking for a relationship.
💘 Dewberry 1850 Valentine’s Day Celebration featuring Joe + Tori
When: 5:30-9 p.m. Feb. 14
Location: 1414 S. Patterson Blvd., Dayton
More info: Dewberry 1850, the restaurant found inside the Marriott at the University of Dayton, will feature musical duo Joe + Tori during its Valentine’s Day celebration. From 6-11 p.m. Feb. 14 and 15, guests will also be able to purchase a “Romantic Bourbon Dinner.” For $59 a person, guests will choose from a selection of appetizers and entrees, alongside a cocktail and chocolate covered strawberries.
💘 Hell’s Dungeon ‘Til Death Do Us Part’ Valentine’s Day haunted house
When: 8 p.m.-midnight Feb. 14 and 4 p.m.-midnight Feb. 15
Location: 3866 Linden Ave., Dayton
More info: Hell’s Dungeon in Dayton will host its annual Valentine’s Day event Feb. 14 and 15. On Saturday, the haunt will also host its 15th annual murder mystery dinner. Guests purchasing tickets for the dinner will also receive admission for the haunt.

More info: Melting Pot in Dayton will offer a four-course experience to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Guests will be able to choose from a variety of cheese fondues, salads, entrees and chocolate fondues. The restaurant will also give attendees two $25 gift certificates, which can be used throughout the year.
💘 Mills Park Hotel Valentine’s Day Dinner
When: Feb. 14
Location: Mills Park Hotel, 321 Xenia Ave., Yellow Springs
More info: The Mills Park Hotel in Yellow Springs will offer a special Valentine’s Day experience for couples. For $99, guests will choose from a curated selection of soups, salads, entrees and desserts.
